Lead a maintenance shop full of technicians, service writers, and parts specialists.

Lead a group of maintenance shops over a specific region.

DIRECTOR

Direct and lead maintenance operations for NFI.

VICE PRESIDENT

Lead the entire maintenance organization for all of NFI.

Diesel Technician Early Career Programs

Our diesel technician early career programs are designed and authorized by US Department of Labor, featuring customized training based on your experience level. We offer one-on-one programs that are perfect for current or recent vocational school graduates, veterans transitioning out of the military, or those seeking additional hands-on experience.

Diesel Technician Apprenticeship Program

• Recent vocational program graduates for diesel engines and/or Class A tractors

• While in the program, you will learn about preventative maintenance, tire replacement, brake inspection, and other diagnostic skills with a trainer

• We will issue ASE study manuals and have a training tracker to help with passing T-4 & T-8 ASE certifications

• Requires a minimum of 8 weeks of training based on evaluated performance by the site service manager

• This program is limited by shop location - contact us for eligibility

Technician Co-op Program

• Current vocational program students for diesel engines and/or Class A tractors

• While in the program, you will learn about preventative maintenance, tire replacement, brake inspection, and other diagnostic skills with a trainer

• Requires all school sign off forms, state clearances, and if under 17 years of age sign-on by parents/guardians

• This program is limited by shop location - contact us for eligibility

Congratulations to Roger S. on his 40-year Service Award! Roger has held multiple positions at NFI, having worked in Asset-Based Transportation, Distribution, and other former divisions of NFI. Roger currently leads NFI's MHE field maintenance and continues to Bleed Blue in all he does. Thank you, Roger, for your dedicated years of service!
